2) Recharge – You need to get enough sleep each night to properly refresh yourself. Getting enough sleep is important if you want to stay healthy and young. You should make sure you get at least 7 to 8 hours of solid sleep each night.

3) Make Friends – Make as many friends as you can. Making friends helps you with becoming healthy. Also, it will help you in that it prevents heart attacks and keeps depression under control. Making friends will definitely increase your chances of being healthy and feeling great.

4) Walk – Walking will help you in stay healthy and you will lose weight and stay lean. So just get moving and you will feel great! All you need to do is walk for just 10 minutes, for four times. So, for 10 minutes, get up in the morning and walk around your block. At lunch time, maybe walk around your place of work for 10 minutes. After supper, maybe you can walk around your block again for 10 minutes. So, really, you are walking for 40 minutes each time you go walking.
